12 oz. Best addiction we've ever developed. This garlic aioli is mayo-based whipped with fresh garlic, lemon juice, serranos, cilantro and other spices for a perfectly balanced and zesty sauce. You can put this on anything!
Tzatziki Sauce Bottle
12 oz. Classic yogurt, garlic, dill and olive oil sauce. Use as a dip, dressing or to bring coolness and balance a spicy dish.
Pitas Frozen Take n' Bake
3 pieces. Take our fluffy, soft and& amazing homemade pitas and bake them fresh in your home. Can't beat fresh bread. Pitas are 1/2-baked and frozen. 1. Thaw pitas in room temp. 2. Preheat oven on the highest setting. 3. Baked thawed pitas for 3 minutes. Pro tip: Pitas come out crispy on the outside. To soften them up, put back in a plastic bag, close and wait 10 minutes to let the steam make them soft again.
Hot Sauce - Serrano and Cilantro
Our homemade skhu'ug follows a traditional Yemen recipe our chef received from a friend's mom. Fresh and spicy flavor of serrano chilies, cilantro, garlic, olive oil and spices.

Amba - Fermented Mango Sauce
Layers of salty and sour flavors that resemble a curry in an Arab kitchen interpretation. Pairs insanely good with tahini and any protein. This traditional Iraqi sauce starts with unripe green mangos we ferment in salt brine in room temperature for 2 weeks. We then blend the mangos with spices and let sit for 1 and 1/2 months in the fridge. And the result is totally worth waiting 2 months!
Fermented Veggies - Lemon Mango Brine
Our famous homemade pickles featured on the side of our salads and hesitator combo. Middle Eastern equivalent to kimchi is the best way to describe these. They are tangy, sharp yet without any funk. Carrots, cabbage, onions and cucumbers fermented at room temp for 2 months in a lemon mango brine that is currently a little over 8 years old. If you like pickles and fermented goods you will love these.
Zucchini Pickles in Hawaiij
Hawaiij is a unique savory Yemen spice blend kind of like an Arab curry. If you like pickled veggies and you like bold flavor these will rock your boots off! Highly recommended.
Carrot Pickles Sweet and Spicy
Crispy zesty carrots brined in white vinegar with chilies, onions and bay leaves. Great texture and zing in sandwiches or on their own.
Radish Pickles Spicy and Sweet
Zesty radish slices with a tang and a touch of sweetness for some balance.Add these to any salad to give it a little zing!
Celery Coriander Pickles
Beautiful balance of that basic flavor of celery with the aromas of coriander. We love adding these on the side of a mezze or charcuterie platter.

Traditional Iraqi lemons grilled for a little roasted flavor kick and then preserved. They are eaten whole with the rind. These make any sandwich pop and pair well with any protein. They also make an amazing multi-layered flavor when blended into a sauce. These will change the way you look at lemons forever! Pro tip: the brine on these is liquid gold, use in sauces and vinaigrettes,
Mushrooms and Olives - Lemon Thyme Brine
Juicy mushrooms and Castelvetrano olives brined in a tangy lemon-thyme brine. Make for an excellent and unique pickle on a charcuterie platter or just tossed in a salad.
